Welcome to FamilyHealth Medical Clinic— Northfield. We are pleased to offer both primary and specialty care to you and your family.

Our health services team includes physicians who practice family medicine, internal medicine and pediatrics, as well as specialists in otolaryngology (ear, nose and throat), urology, medical oncology, adult and pediatric cardiology and general surgery. OB/GYN services are provided on-site by the Women's Health Center of Northfield Hospital.

FamilyHealth Medical Clinic—Northfield is owned and operated by Northfield Hospital. Cannon Valley Clinic—Mayo Health System provides most physician services. This unique partnership allows us to provide personalized, community-based care with the support, expertise and resources of Mayo Health System.

We are now seeing patients at our spacious new facility, which is also home to the Women's Health Center, on the Northfield Hospital campus at 2000 North Ave.
