Our main health services team, with physician services provided by Cannon Valley Clinic–Mayo Health System, includes physicians who practice:

• Family medicine
• Internal medicine
• Pediatrics
• Otolaryngology (ear, nose and throat)
• OB/GYN services are provided in the same clinic building by the Women's Health Center of Northfield Hospital

General surgery services are provided by Surgical Care Associates, P.A. Urology services are provided by visiting surgeons from Urology Associates, Ltd.

Visiting specialists from Mayo Clinic Outreach provide services in the areas of:

• Cardiology (adult and pediatric)
• Rheumatology
• Nephrology
• Medical oncology

FamilyHealth Medical Clinic–Northfield is owned and operated by Northfield Hospital & Clinics. Cannon Valley Clinic–Mayo Health System provides most physician services. This unique partnership allows us to provide personalized, community-based care with the support, expertise and resources of Mayo Health System.

Our spacious new facility, which is also home to the Women's Health Center, is located on the Northfield Hospital campus at 2000 North Ave.
