Hours:
- Monday through Friday: 8 a.m.– 5 p.m.
- Extended pediatric hours: Open to 8 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and 9 a.m. – noon Saturday (serving children and young adults age 0–20)
- Saturday same-day appointments for all ages are available at our Lakeville clinic. Call 952-469-0500 for more information.
Insurance:
We accept Medicare and all major health insurance plans. If referral to more specialized care becomes necessary, we will honor your preferences and insurance requirements.
