FamilyHealth Medical Clinic—Lonsdale is a service of Northfield Hospital. The clinic is staffed by a team of family practice physicians who provide a full range of primary care services. In addition, we offer selected specialty services, such as OB/GYN and orthopedics. River Valley Vision Centers also has an on-site presence, offering optometry, ophthalmology and retail eyewear services.

We accept all major health insurance plans. Should referral to more specialized care be necessary, we will honor your preferences and insurance requirements.

FamilyHealth Medical Clinic—Lonsdale was the first of four medical clinics in Northfield Hospital's emerging regional clinic practice. There are now also clinic practices available in Northfield and Farmington and Lakeville.
