Open Monday through Friday 8 a.m.– 5 p.m.
Saturday drop-in care and same-day appointments are available at our clinics in Northfield (507-646-1494, Saturday hours are for pediatrics visits only) and Lakeville (952-469-0500, all ages welcome). Call for more information.
Insurance:
We accept Medicare and all major health insurance plans. If referral to more specialized care becomes necessary, we will honor your preferences and insurance requirements.
