Driving Directions

If you are coming from the north via I-35
Take I-35 to Exit 69. Turn right and travel west on Highway 19 seven miles to Lonsdale. On the east edge of town, half-way down the hill, you will find 15th Avenue Southeast. Turn left. The clinic is on your right.

If you are coming from the north via Halstad Avenue
Take Halstad south to 70th Street West. Turn right. Go west to Main Street. Take a left and travel south to Highway 19. Take a left and go east to the edge of Lonsdale. As you are about to leave town half-way up the hill, turn right onto 15th Avenue Southeast. The clinic is on your right.

If you are coming from the south via I-35
Take I-35 to Exit 69. Turn left and travel west on Highway 19 seven miles to Lonsdale. On the east edge of town half-way down the hill you will find 15th Avenue Southeast. Turn left. The clinic is on your right.

If you are coming from the west
Take Highway 19 through Lonsdale. As you are about to leave town half-way up the hill, turn right onto 15th Avenue Southeast. The clinic is on your right.

If you are coming from the south via County Road 4
At the intersection of CR 4 and Highway 19, take a right and travel through Lonsdale. As you are about to leave town half-way up the hill, turn right onto 15th Avenue Southeast. The clinic is on your right.
