Welcome to FamilyHealth Medical Clinic– Farmington. We are pleased to offer both primary and specialty care to you and your family.

Our Farmington health services team includes physicians who practice family medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, internal medicine, general surgery, and orthopedics. Additional specialists are available for consultation at our Northfield facility. The Farmington clinic is also part of the Medical Home Project for children with special health care needs.

FamilyHealth Medical Clinic–Farmington is owned and operated by Northfield Hospital & Clinics. Cannon Valley Clinic–Mayo Health System provides most physician services. This unique partnership allows us to provide personalized, community-based care with the support, expertise and resources of Mayo Health System.

We are located one mile west of downtown Farmington, on Highway 50 near Denmark Avenue.

Our nearby Lakeville clinic, located on County Road 70 near Lakeville South High School, is open Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
