Welcome to the FamilyHealth Medical Clinic– Farmington. We are pleased to be offering both primary and specialty care to you and your family.

Our Farmington health services team includes physicians who practice family medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, general surgery and orthopedics. An internal medicine specialist sees patients at our Lakeville clinic and additional specialists are available at our Northfield facility. The Farmington clinic is also part of the Medical Home Project for children with special health care needs.

FamilyHealth Medical Clinic–Farmington is owned and operated by Northfield Hospital. Cannon Valley Clinic–Mayo Health System provides most physician services. This unique partnership allows us to provide personalized, community-based care with the support, expertise and resources of Mayo Health System.

We are located one mile west of downtown Farmington, on Highway 50 near Denmark Avenue.
