We are pleased to offer a full range of primary and specialty care at our four clinics south of the Twin Cities, in Northfield, Lonsdale, Farmington and Lakeville. Services at most clinics include family medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, internal medicine, general surgery and orthopedics. Through our clinic network, patients have ready access to additional specialists in the areas of otolaryngology (ear, nose and throat), urology, adult and pediatric cardiology, medical oncology, rheumatology, nephrology, and maternal-fetal medicine (high-risk pregnancy care). FamilyHealth Medical Clinic is owned and operated by Northfield Hospital & Clinics, providing comprehensive care to patients from throughout northern Rice County and southern Dakota County. Most physician services at FamilyHealth Medical Clinic are provided by Cannon Valley Clinic–Mayo Health System. This innovative partnership allows us to provide personalized, community-based care with the support, expertise and resources of Mayo Health System.
